Find the Characters menu
Join the official Place 111262527555232 and wait for the menu to load. Open Menu, then choose Characters. Inspect the forms shown, lock states, ownership labels, and any action preview. A pass description establishes this path, but the exact button position can change with the live interface.
If a form you own remains locked, confirm you bought the pass from Survive Clark Community, re-open the purchase record, and rejoin once after Roblox confirms ownership. Do not buy the pass a second time or give account credentials to a third party.

Understand the spelling differences
The badge says Boiled One, while the pass says Bolied One. The badge says Fredbear, while the pass says Freadbear. These pairs are treated as one form each because the matching pass and badge records point to the same playable-character intent.
Keep the pass spelling when you search the Store, and use the badge spelling when you check achievements. Do not buy a second product because an alias looks like another character.
Select and test a form
After selection, read every action label and cooldown indicator before approaching other players. Test movement, camera, and one action in open space. Then note whether the badge awards on selection, spawning, or entering the Backrooms. The descriptions do not specify the precise award moment for every form.
Move to a normal play situation and observe one interaction at a time. Record whether the form can use Props or Tools, how it targets, how long actions recover, and whether server rules change its availability. These are live-test fields, not public catalog facts.
Choose a form without a tier list
Captain Clark, Verity, and Locust are named hunters in the current official description. Boiled One and Fredbear have newer pass and badge records. That supports identity and recency, not a power ranking.
If you prefer the title character, Locust is the current highlighted choice. If you want the classic named hunter, Clark has the earliest permanent pass record. If price is your only factor, check the live values; a lower price does not mean a weaker form, and a newer label does not guarantee stronger abilities.
Permanent access and alternate routes
The pass names explicitly say [PERMANENT]. That is the current product promise for character access, subject to Roblox ownership and the game’s live rules. Public sources do not establish free rotations, trials, event access, private-server access, or an earned currency route for every form.
The catalog also contains a not-for-sale “Freadbear” record separate from the on-sale permanent pass. Its empty description does not establish a free form. Use Menu > Characters to see what access your account actually has.
Morph badges
Each documented form has a matching enabled badge. If you own and select the form but the badge does not arrive, enter the Backrooms and allow the server to update. Confirm that the badge is enabled and belongs to Universe 10616474341. Avoid repeating a purchase.
The Morph Badges guide gives the five official records and a troubleshooting order. A badge proves that Roblox recorded the achievement, not that the form has a particular ability.
Common problems
If the Characters menu is missing, confirm you joined the correct experience and let the UI load. If ownership is missing, check the exact pass ID and Roblox transaction state. If an ability from a video is absent, verify that the video shows this Place and a current server; it may show another game or older build.
If a form works only in a particular mode or server, record the current UI message. Do not bypass restrictions with scripts. Those restrictions may protect normal play or prevent a form from disrupting other players.
